I have tried it and my DH and I love it. I was so suprised that he is more flexible than me.
The first class we went to, we didn't know what to expect. You feel like you shed about 5 lbs of water just sweating. There are a couple of poses, like the camel pose, that is supposed to open your heart chakra and it makes you extra sweaty. Drink a lot of water before the class. I would freeze...
