NTRZ 8-K, filing Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Item 8.01 Other Events. On November
6, 2009, the Board of Directors of NutraCea authorized NutraCea to file a
voluntary petition to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the United States
Bankruptcy Code, which NutraCea intends to file shortly.
