I am in the process of figure out my thoughts and I know realize I have a little voice inside my head that bitches people a lot. Most the time I do it at work. If I am working and hear some things I dont like I always think I dont want to hear you shut up.
I do it a lot. I just cant stand some behaviors. The problem is I think I shouldnt feel this way. I feel I should be able to just ...
It's your gremlin speaking -- your identity-level limiting decision getting reactivated. When you disconnect the limiting decision, you'll be transparent to anything and everything anyone might say to you -- you'll still be able to HEAR it and respond appropriately, you just won't be at the effect of it anymore. It won't push your buttons.
Thank you for your reply Angela!
I have a question for you how do you disconnect from the voice? I would love to not be affected by it. I have the same voice when I feel people are talking or laughing at me. I know they are not even thinking about me but inside part of me feel like they do.

I will give you a method, rather than advice (maybe you can experiment with it and see if it works)
This is called grounding
When you hear the voice or whatever you don't want in your head/life.. imagine a little cord from the bottom tip of your spine to the earth or to the center of the earth.. it can be a root, ...

What a coincidence: I sometimes have a voice like that too! I think we all have, at least with some people. It can relate to feeling inferior to them or not being happy with your life/job.
One advice, which I've been giving a lot lately, is look into CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). It has some interesting techniques for changing your self-talk. I use them a lot for myself and with ...

I have this exact same problem. I have a little voice in my head that is deeply annoyed with people, that feels that people try to change me, that people analyze me, probe into my private affairs, pick on me, etc. People can really push my buttons this way.
I guess that habitual thought pattern is that I'm a pushover .
As a child I was somewhat of a pushover and of course I was also ...

Cromagna you said that I have some misanthropic tendencies after thinking about it you are right. I do try to avoid people. I just don’t like to be around strangers. If I am comfortable I am myself but with strangers I become self-conscious. That why a lot of people think I am snob because I don’t need be around people or do what other people are doing. I think it’s because when I was young I was teased a lot. In...
