My REBORN notion (the Cap thing)
It's been interesting watching this as a retailer and speculating on what's gonna happen. Marvel's keeping absolutely airtight, yet projecting huge confidence and media support. What could they be so sure will attract the mainstream?
First off, I think it's gotta be a "black Cap" ...
Re: My REBORN notion (the Cap thing)
If this is in fact Isaiah Bradley, a character who is best known from a cult series that Marvel tried to get mainstream attention for but never really caught on, and this is being built up with months of classified solicits, massive hype, and a cracked-out advance release date...wow. That would be...

Naw, it's 'cause I think it'd be cool. And allow Marvel to have its cake and eat it too.
Re: My REBORN notion (the Cap thing)
I think your theory is sound. The timing just hasn't felt right for it to be the return of Steve Rogers.

Re: My REBORN notion (the Cap thing)
My other problem with this - when did Isaiah Bradley last appear?
With YA in limbo (seriously, just get a good writer and keep it going) he hasn't even appeared in a supporting role or been referenced much.
And Bru's done zero work with him, save that one YA Presents issue where he may have ...
Re: My REBORN notion (the Cap thing)
A good idea. I hadn't thought of that yet.
