Started 3 weeks, 6 days ago by Procspite

The red light flashes few times, and then it show's me the white screen with the clock/timer thing. How long have you waited for the clock to go away? Mine does that as well, the first few times it would take awhile, a few min at least. Have you tried waiting it out? I know it sounds dumb, but I almost didn't because I felt like it was taking quite awhile, but I'm glad I did because it did start up after a bit. Other than that, I'm not too sure.

What did you do just before it happened the first time? Did it get wet? Did you drop it? Did you load 3rd party apps? Update the OS?

I didn't do that, i had it in my room, it didn't get damaged or something. i was putting the SD card in (16giga) and sim, and battery and then it worked. but later that night it stopped, working. And i thought the battery was low, but now it won't let me even dial my pin code. it only shows this white screen.

If you remove the sd card, does it work then?

If you connect it to your PC, does Desktop Manager detect the device? Do you have a backup of your data?

You need to use the OS for the 8520 which is what I posted above. I just clicked to verify. At the top it says "Latest OS: 8520 4.6.1.465/4.6.1.314 (Multilanguage)"
