BSN has had some bad rap for their products lately for having misleading ingredients or something. Also, I don't like the taste of their products; it's too sweet and carbonated. Alot of users, as well as myself, seem to notice an energy decrease or tolerance with BSN over time. I haven't notice that with SupePump250. I haven't bought a Muscletech pre-workout, but I'm sure they are pretty good. I liked Hydroxycut...

Neither, USP Labs Jack3d is by far the most simple and effective preWO I've ever tried, and quite cost effective when only using 2 scoops like I do.

Both suck. I've taken both. NaNo vapor didn't too much for me and tasted really chalky. The NO Explode works a little better, but wears off quick and you can build up a tolerance for it quick as well. If you're GNC shopping I'd go with Superpump250, but if you're able to order, or find a different supp store, try white flood or even Vasocharge. Right now I'm on Vasocharge by Scivation, and it's working pretty...
