Thread: Moxie Dolls or Liv Dolls???

Thanks everyone! This is really helpful. THere were so few reviews on Amazon I just was not sure what to make of the dolls. As always, the reviews here are the most helpful . I found all 4 of the LIV dolls and the hair salon yesterday. I bought it all so that I am not rushing around later trying to locate this doll or that accessory. I just have to decide which doll to give each of them and then return the other 2. Thanks so much for the help!

My girls want the Liv dolls. I know that there is an on-line virtual world with them (with a code like Webkins) - when I looked into the Moxie dolls for a present for someone else it looked like they are just dolls? But your kids are younger so I'm not sure they'd care about that (my girls are all about the computer these days). Janice L&E 11/00

Emily says she wants both (LIV and Moxie) when she sees them on TV. Not sure she is getting either of them this Xmas though. Maybe a Barbie. Bailey got a Liv doll and some accessories for her birthday. She really hasn't played with them much, but she did like the online part of it...but our internet is so slow she doesn't get to do that very often. Alexis recently got both a Liv and a Moxie girl. She thought she'd love the Moxie better but as it turns out, it doens't get much attention. I can almost always find her with the Liv doll. I think the Liv dolls look better too, plus we've found that most of her Barbie clothes will fit on her. Abigail loves her Moxie doll stuff mainly so that she can color their clothes/car, etc (she wants the car for Christmas). Her Greatgrandma just got her a BFC doll and she loves it! We are getting the Liv dolls here for christmas...... never saw the moxie ones..... The Live ones look really cute...

Ashleigh is asking for Liv dolls as well and is getting Katie from her brother for christmas. I agree that Moxie's are just like bratz(and yes we have a million bratz dolls in a bin to get rid of)
