It is a Lynx. Cougars don't have tufts on their ears or their cheeks, and it is too big to be a bobcat. Ifyou look at it's size, though, you can see the body is very short, not long and lean like a panther. I legitimately could tell it was a bobcat before reading the results. It's really not hard to see at all if you know what you're looking for. I have done a fair share of hunting though.
