Thanks guys. I've been back in the gym for about 3 weeks now. I enjoyed the Henery Rollins read and did some reflecting withing myself. I knew I wanted to go back, but I couldn't figure out why exactly, how about quality of life? It's easy to spend 8-12 hours every day working for someone else so you can pay your bills. If you can do that for someone else, why the hell can't you spend 1 ...

Of course everyones desire to train and their level of motivation will vary. Mine motivation varies all the time. Although I've never taken more than 2 weeks off in a row for about 12 years now. I may lose some intensity to train, but never to desire to not train at all. Having specific goals always helps ...

Let's all be honest.........lugging around great plates of metal is hardly the most fun way of spending your leisure time.but personally for me, i could'nt imagine my life without fitness training......some people get their high from alcohol or drug's, my high comes from the endorphin surge i get after every session of weight training.You don't really give a clear reason as to why' you stopped ...

I flip through mags or books and read about people that I aspire to be like. Check out people on line that train as hard as you want to.
