Montreal (6-6-0) at Chicago (7-4-1) The road hasn't been kind to the Montreal Canadiens recently. A rare trip to Chicago might not help change things. The Canadiens look to avoid a fifth straight road loss when they visit the Blackhawks on Friday night in a matchup of Original Six teams. Montreal (6-6-0) was a riding a four-game winning streak when it lost 6-1 to defending Stanley ...

Another team looking to end a road loosing streak? If the Hawks don't get their heads out of their collective asses they will be able to help the Habs out. Even though signs are pointing to back to back losses.... With JT still out, and no one seemingly willing to stand in front of the goalie and top it off with a dismal powerplay... I still cannot for the life of me pick our beloved to loose....

It would ruin my weekend if the Hawks were to loose to the team I hate the most in all of sports...Hawks 4...Habs 1

i think this offense is too good to be shutdown 2 games in a row. i'm still wondering how this team is averaging under 3 goals a game (currently 2.88). Montreal, on the other hand, scores at only a 2.44 per game average. using those numbers, I'm going with a 3-2 Chicago win.

Montreal is certainly not a physical team, by any stretch of the imagination. Hawks 3 Habs 2

Tough call here. Both teams looking to bounce back from crap games. But the Hawks are just plain better and at home. 4-2 Hawks.

Hawks break out of their scoring slump. 5-3 Hawks

Just Win baby! I'll forgive that pathetic effort in Nashville for a big win tonight against the Hab-nots!

Congrats to all. Obviously I was not around for the game last night. Had some unexpected company and missed Ladd blowing up D'Agostino. Damn.

The replays I've seen Ladd leaves his feet after he makes contact. He clearly hit him with the shoulder and not the elbow. We'll see what Colon man does about it in a day or two.
