Gamespot only reviews retail copies of the game. They review the exact same game you buy in the shop. Sometimes they get that disc late from the publisher. Other sites review earlier code so they can get their review out sooner. GS say that's unfair because there could be things in that earlier code that isn't in the final retail release.
