> Hi all, I'm looking for a hotel for the good lady wife and I for a couple of nights on South Beach after a week at Disney. 4/5 stars in mind - any suggestions gratefully received! Cheers, nibbs

height="100%"> Can definantly recommend you stay clear of the Z Beach Hotel (a Crowne Plaza hotel). We stayed there a few weeks back and the whole place was in disaray. Restaurants closed, bar closed, no food or drink available due to renovations which they hadn't told us about until we arrived. Also the beach service which they charge you $15 a day for was non existant. It's a block down...

height="100%"> I can recommend the National , not too big, very friendly staff and has a fantastic pool Which ever hotel you do decide on though, try and get an ocean view room as Collins Avenue can be very noisy after dark. Regards
