Hi menu pals!!!! How has everyone's week been? Mine has been ok. Have a cold right now, but it's nothing major. Been still working out of my freezer, but it's almost empty!!!
Here's my plan for the upcoming week. Share yours!!!!
Saturday - going to party; bringing Cranberry and Feta Salad
Sunday - still trying to get this made! Pacific Pork Roast With Pineapple...

Well, I posted but it never went through, not sure what happened.
This week is out of town a couple of days at a friends house sitting, a guest in town and helping my Dad move. So I have no idea.
This week will really be really crazy, worse then last week, so other than some soup tomorrow and planning on using my freezer, I'm not sure what this week will be. I'll be working ...
I'm embarassed to say some of these things have been on my menus the past few weeks. They'll eventually get made!

Thursday: Tomato Taco Soup for the Crock Pot
Friday: Zesty Polynesian Scallops
