You are in the right, that I don't disagree with, but people do make mistakes. Sure the guy could have handled it differently, and should have called in another manager and let them know what the situation was if he was unsure about what he was supposed to do. McDonalds is run by idiots. Everytime I go there, they mess up my order. They're the only fast food place that does that.

Good Lord! A 50 piece McNugget? Talk about a fried food overload! I got a ten piece chicken nugget meal at Wendy's tonight and I felt guilty afterwards. I haven't tried those "new" McNuggets,the ones that are supposed to be all white meat, but I bet that Wendy's are a thousand times better.
