Check out the "cruise meets" section of the boards. You should meet some other people with kids there. Of course there may not be a lot signed on yet. I know that I get more active on threads as my cruises near.

Hi everyone. We are so excited to have just booked b2b cruises with the Dream in March/April 2011!!!
Just want to know who else is booked during this time?
We are a family of 2A and 1 daughter (age 7 at time of cruise). Anyone else sailing on these dates with an only child? From experience, cruising is more fun for our DD with a playmate. So, we are hoping to find another family ...
