Hi, I need assistance with a scenario for writing a macro. The data in the third cell should auto populate based on the values of the data in the first and 2nd columns. I do not want to use the If condition. I need a macro to do this job because, i have a very long list of modules and the responsibilities. I am attaching the Data for which I need assistance. I looked at your example, and I don't understand. What is supposed to be populating? All your columns are filled out already.

When I select the data in the first and second column, the data which I gave in the third column should populate in that place. I gave the values of the third column which needs to be populated.

Hi Dave, The values int he column C are the values which should auto populate. I have already populated them just for reference. Regards, Avinash
