Thread: MTB'ers -Spare Part AVID BB7 Needed!

Started 3 weeks, 3 days ago by rhysduck
I need a replacement Pressure Foot for a REAR BB7 MT caliper. It's the newer Graphite version (08 onwards i think). Anyone know of one somewhere please? I think I may need a new Pressure Foot Kit (Spare Number: 11.5311.622.000) IF the caliper is a Pre 08 one.. If not I need an Internals kit (Spare Number: 11.5015.008.000)... Can anyone help please? Much appreciated....

You only need to see how good (or how bad) he is at the prediction league to know he edited it Quote: Originally Posted by Gustov From last years thread Silly Gustov

When doing chins and pull ups or lat pull down, vary the angle at which the bar comes down. i.e. tilting back and pulling down or up (if doing chins) to your chest will hit the mid/lower lats, keeping more vertical, will engage the traps and outter lats more.

Seen far too many guys doing one arm rows to their upper back/shoulder area in a vertical motion, no wonder they're working that part of the body. I have always pulled the DB up and back in an arc toward my waist and i ONLY ever feel it in my lats. I make sure my upper body is parallel with the ground. Trouble is.....my flippin knees hurt, so i don't do em too often now

Looks like espn will only be available through Sky: http://www.espn.co.uk/subscribe/ . Not a problem for me as i have it already but when i look at the options it seems they will be charging £9 a month for it . Now i know this is £4 less than Setanta but still seems a little pricey for just the footy. Have subscribed anyway but cant help but feel a little ripped off again.

Also in the papers today, Owen has the second highest goals per minute ratio this season behind Defoe, ahead of all the others mentioned.
