Thereafter, I had no difficulty installing the software. Of note, I provided McAfee all of my email accounts ... including the primary. All were "not found" in their database. Makes me wonder how the relationship with MSN Premium works with...

  If you you have a McAfee account just sign in and this pops up and download it. I've had no problems unless they are expired but you can always renew.   When you try to install the McAfee software, what exactly happens? I believe that you have to use the email of the primary MSN account holder when you install it. Perhaps you are just giving McAfee the wrong email address?
