Thread: MAF o2 Sensor ?

My car is a 96 328is. I cannot get it running right! I think I have it narrowed down to the precat O2 sensors or the MAF. I juust wanted to know some opinions before I bought these things. I have replaced the coils, spark plugs and boots, intake boot, All vacuum lines, cat coverter, O2 sensors at cat convert, valve cover gasket. I have cleaned the MAF, throttle body, and ICV. I ...

I just read something about a crankcase vent valve. Could this be a problem.

One way to check to see if it is the MAF sensor is to disconnect it and then see if the car runs better. If it does, then it is the MAF.

I just read something about a crankcase vent valve. Could this be a problem.

One way to check to see if it is the MAF sensor is to disconnect it and then see if the car runs better. If it does, then it is the MAF.
