I wouldn't be to worried, I have had spots that where very small in my lungs 3 times and had a needle biopsy on each, I spent a long time talking to the guy that did the biopsy And he told me in all the years he has been doing biopsy's he has never had a wrong reading no matter how big of small the spot was, If he was able to get a peace of it then 99.99% of the time it is correct.
