> Oh the bypass valve to test it, just take the bypass valve off and plug up the hole. Make sure the plug you use does not get sucked into the engine. Since the bypass is gone it should be able to build up full boost. If you still see 2psi then you know the by pass is not the issue and you can re-install the bypass valve. A good place to rebuild the powerdyne is 928 motorsports.
