Thread: Losing weight..

I have never had difficulty losing weight before...I always just crash dieted and lost about 10 pounds in two weeks...Completely unhealthy...So now I'm really wanting to lose a good 10 pounds, and I have been trying for almost a month. I started out by reducing my calories from 2000, to 1600, and added cardio after weightlifting for a few weeks...Nothing happened...I lowered my calories to 14-...

Thanks for replying!! I track my food, and I eat exactly the same every day. I have been eating 150g of protein, 35g fat, and 65g of carbs, and 1300 calories a day, with carb ups consisting of 150-170g of carbs every four days, with 18-2000 calories...My workouts have been very intense lately, and I find I have piles of energy (before every workout at least, after I'm done I can hardly move ...

I would try this for the next 4 weeks: 168 g protein 112 g carbs 41 g healthy fats Total calories 1489 Don't do any kind of carb cycling or refeeds yet. Just stick with these numbers and let me know what happens.

I just kind of realized now that you offered me the same advice before now!! If I never had to be so impatient and kept with it, I would probably be already seeing results right now!! I just kind of realized now that you offered me the same advice before now!! If I never had to be so impatient and kept with it, I would probably be already seeing results right now!!
