'Jackie From Workout" has a great work out video with a 20 minute core (aka abs) section. You can find it at Borders or online. It's the best!

I'd check your local library. That way you can "test-drive" the video and see what works for you. I recently found the Walk Away the Pounds dvds this way. I never had any interest in the trying them but turns out I really like them. As for the best abs dvds, I prefer the Firm workouts.

The FIRM Core Solutions has 3 10-minute segments with increasing difficulty. I hate abs, but I enjoy this DVD.

Thanks - I think I did see some FIRM dvds at the library last time - I will definitely check them out.
