Thread: Looking for adjustable bench

^^ as it says. my birthday is coming up soon and i would like a new bench with incline/and maybe decline.

ok i finaly got the stuff. the power rack does seem alittle cheap but the guy said it was rated to 1000lbs. he seemed to know about fitness so im not to worried. he sold all his olympic weights even though he knew i was comming to get them. (yes mad) the only olympic weights he had were 2 25's a couple 5's and some 2 1/2 plates. I got about a 100 lbs of standard weights in 5's and 10's for the ...

Too bad it wasn't a full rack so you could do pullups. You can do everything else in that though, safely.

ya i was hoping for a full cage but for 50 bucks i cant complain. besides I have and know how to weld theres nothing keeping me from making it a full cage besides laziness. thanks for looking though im so excited. now im trying to get 400 lbs of olympic weight.

I figured you were joking its alright. If I had the money I would jump on it but now I have to try and buy 400 lbs of Oly weights. Im gonna try play it again but Im sure they want an arm and a leg per pound.
