I can guess what the HOAS will answer "So you have requirements ...theres a lot of people without any special needs... NEXT!" and goodbye flat. This situation how much people are looking for flats you are not in the choosy-picky situation you think you are being given options - you get one you take it and thank the deities - be giltarsed later on after you get the keys.

I'm heading back to the states for the holidays and would like to find a responsible person to rent my room while I'm gone (Dec 15th-Jan14th). I'm in a nice old building in Töölö directly across from the oopera house, at mannerheimintie 56. Room is quite large, with nice light-wood floors, large art-deco fireplace and three windows.
