Are you saying the burns are not working ? Now ? I have I guess an old version of Convert X or at least I've had it for awhile. with 100 percent burn good ratio. Sometimes if your computer does not have the proper codec then the burn will fail ie no sound or no video. etc. But if it plays fine on your computer the avi then more likely your codec are ok Have you tried new dvd's ? What exactly is going on when you burn ?

Or maybe the driver of your cd/dvd burner is gone missing. Can you still burn music at the moment? Another thing is a fresh install and look for the latest version of ConvertX while you at it, which would be this one, and get rid of the version you have now.
