No, Harry said it when he's in Dumbledore's office and Dumbledore is ignoring him as usual. I loved it, it's definitely one of Dan's best. And line that came after, too: "What's happening to me?" Brilliant. Who is Josh Groban?! Kill yourself!!! Team LUNA

But this movie toned down a lot of the dark elements of the book (which made it far less unplesant to watch that what the book is to read). Dumbledore's neglectfulness was one of those. So here, it wouldn't have made sense, if Harry destroyed Dumbledore's things, like he did in the book.
