Hi, Tom! You're right, I cant select anything from the menu. I will do as you suggest when I get home tonight. My Mac is a 4.66 G4 that I bought in 2001. Thanks! Did this topic solve your issue?

I located these files: com.apple.finder.plist and com.apple.sidebarlists.plist on all my hard drives. I then trashed them, emptied the trash and rebooted. Viola!!! If this happens again, I will follow these diagnostics. Thanks...
