Thread: Linguine and Clam Sauce

Started 1 month, 1 week ago by Micha
Linguine and Clam Sauce I don't have a recipe for it, but I was at my family's pasta place and I brought home some fresh linguine and was thinking of throwing some oil, butter, garlic, basil, parsley, pepper, and clams in a pan. Am I missing any ingredient? I like a lot of flavor __________________ Get ya mind right Makin money, livin marvelous...

Too late already made it the way I said only I added a little shredded Parmesan cheese. Taste's good but still not enough flavor! __________________ Get ya mind right Makin money, livin marvelous In God we trust

no white wine? maybe lemon? or even chili flakes to the oil as you cook the garlic? that should boost the flavor __________________ Admiration - n. Our polite recognition of another's resemblance to ourselves. -Ambrose Bierce
