People always regard me as a loony when I talk about prisons...and I'm not nearly as out there as some people are. It sounds like the juries in these cases were in a hurry to get home. It's a shame there's no jurisprudence in the world anymore.

The whole idea that you can charge a thirteen year old as an adult, for any crime, blows my mind. You people are nuts.

That is wrong. I wasn't even aware this happened. I mean, for rape I have heard of cases but armed robbery no and not with juveniles.
