You may or may not have read some of my previous posts but we have been having a lot of issues with the previous owner of a business we bought. Bascially him and his wife screwed us from day one costing us around £450,000.00. The company has now ceased trading and we're now in the process of winding it up. Sounds like you should be OK. Answer 1-7 truthfully for the closed business, be careful with 8-11. Just say that you had a meeting with the accountant that day. Say the skip was there for some building work and that the items on the drive have now been moved. Good Luck!

I feel for you I really do but ..... it does sound like your sailing close to the wind. Look at it this way, if you were you`re neighbour and the council asked "what goes on next door ......?" what would your answer be?

I see your point.......our neighbours don't care though......neighbours could't say much anyway as they breed dogs.........the only person who has complained is a bitter old man who lives about 25 miles away. It's not like the place is heaving with people.......2 people arrive in the morning and then come back around 17:00. We have deliveries around twice a month. Thats it........it's not ...

I see your point.......our neighbours don't care though......neighbours could't say much anyway as they breed dogs.........the only person who has complained is a bitter old man who lives about 25 miles away.
