Started 3 months, 4 weeks ago by RJB

Through the whole year this was the common thread that linked all the classes. I had not forgotten that but it had been filed deep inside my mind. Instead when I look to the bible in recent times as an ...

I was having dinner with extended family a few days ago. A 3 year old (who is operating at 5 year level) was dressed in pajama's and a dressing gown with hood. Looked like a little boxer. As adults, I think most of what we do ends up distorting this connection, not cultivating it, Instead, we should strive to help them realize how that truth relates to everything they encounter in life. A friend of mine told me recently that ...

I think religion wants people to think as little children because they know that any adult with sense about them isnt going to believe that a 2000 year old book written by a bunch of ignorant sheep herders holds the key to the universe.

The "form" of God, means that we have an indwelling eternal Spirit, and the possibility of knowing truth. We are 'perfect' in potential. Being the 'image' of God means that we have learned to activate this innate potential in a way which mirrors our heavanly source. The perfected...

What I've always wondered is how did they get all the things correct, in that case. For example, the old testament says, twice, that the Earth is round. How did they...
