i offered to the Judge, she should recind her order of November 3, basked on the new evidence.....on her own motion... the law clerk said that probably wouldn't happen....the only other alternative for us was to enter a MOTION TO RECONSIDER by THIRD PARTY INTERVENOR, based on those facts laid out to the judge.... the law clerk said the evidentry hearing would take care of the problem...
