I noticed that, talk about a u-turn! There's no excuse for that kind of mess up these days.

All of which leads me to think that we wait until the law gets tested in Court. If any person gets charged with an offence then the person can defend the matter. Much like the gang regalia in Wanganui where one charge has been withdrawn.

I have seen people in NZ government cars yapping on cellies. MAF and Defence the two I have seen in the last week so the people who make the laws have just worked out they may get snookered by them.

They made it a rule that you could only use fog lights in fog yet that hasn't stopped about 10% of vehicles having them on all of the time. That's something very obvious and it's not policed. Unless you're caught at an accident with a phone in your hand I can't see the police doing much.
