Thread: Leaning Down for the Cruise

Started 4 months, 1 week ago by Sophie
Today was the last day of my 'bulk" so I weighed, measured and took pictures. I was pretty happy with everything overall. According to the calipers, most of the weight gain was muscle. Considering it's that TOM, I was expecting the pinches to have really increased, but there was only a 2-3 mm difference. Tomorrow I start back on the Anabolic Diet, or close to the Anabolic Diet....

Good job sophie. Only 5ish pounds in three months. Most of that is definitely going to be lean mass. Congrats on your success for now. Now comes the fun part...cutting without losing that hard earned muscle. If you are going back to AD for cutting, remember that on your "cheat" weekends, it's not an all out gluttony session. Keep your calories consistant. Stick with somewhere between ...

Yup, it's back to the AD. I have 3.5 months until the cruise so it'll be a nice slow cut. Aiming for 1700-1800 calories right now. Hoping to lose around a pound a week or so, of fat obviously. Slow and steady in this game. I was normally eating between 2000-2500 calories on the weekends, but some of that was junk (cookies and such). I have some ice cream I need to finish but other than that, ...

Another high volume deadlift day. All SLDL today at 135 lbs. 11 sets and 75 reps. 10,125 lbs total. Exhausted. Such high volume because I won't be back in the gym until Tuesday or Wednesday because it's closed. Lame. I might be HIIT later tonight. I haven't decided.

I didn't keep track of intake over the weekend. I've not been in a good place psychologically. Long story short, it seems my past is coming back to haunt me. I think .V. may be the only one who knows what I'm talking about, but I could be wrong. I don't remember what all I've said here. I'm dealing with it but in doing so, haven't really cared what all I ate so long as I was eating. I really ...

Long, stressful weekend. Went to work it all out at the gym today and it's CLOSED, PERMANENTLY!!! I'm NOT HAPPY!!! So, yeah. Hoping to get a membership elsewhere because it's affiliated gym that we could use sucks.

Sophie replied 3 months, 4 weeks ago
And I haven't been keeping track of my diet either.

Hey everyone! I'm still on the ship, just pooping in for a (very) quick hello. (It's 0.75 a minute to use the internet.) I'll be in Port Canaveral tomorrow and am going to Kennedy Space Center. Thursday, I'll be in Nassau, Bahamas and will be going to Ardastra Gardens, and Friday I'll be in Freeport, Bahamas and am going to the Garden of the Groves. Saturday, I am getting a tour of the behind the workings of the ship....
