Whatever, Infinito's case is rock solid imo. Let's just see what happens. The ICSID panel had a potential final hearing scheduled for Dec 12 2009 but this date will likely be delayed due to a panel member resignation in July and now waiting for an appointment of a replacement panel member. Seems like a long delay just to get someone else to join the panel. Maybe it's not necessary, perhaps a settlement is being negotiated!...

I think you are wrong on many counts: 1. ICSID would not prevent KRY making a claim - to do so prejudges the case and ICSID wouldn't do this.  ICSID has no choice but to consider a claim by KRY - if they ever make one. 2. Expropriation of LC from Infinito was done by VZ through their agency CVG - KRY had nothing to do with it.  KRY shareholders had nothing to do with it.  (I'm glad you distinguish shareholders from management...
