I am on my way to get my business of the ground, for now I am a one man
operation and see it that way till it turns a profit, so my question
is..should it be an LLC or INC if Im doing it on my own?
Ask a pro, but I'm doing an LLC. "Limited Liability" is the main reason (case the north goes south).
There are so many reasons to go with one type of infrastructure over the other. You want to ask a corporate lawyer
LLC protects you like a corporation, however it taxes you like sole proprietor. Just depends on how big you plan on getting. Definitely talk to your accountant or an attorney before finalizing your decision.
My opinion would be LLC for a one man operation. You can always change later if INC becomes a better fit for your business. If you incorporate you get double taxed, and I'm told you have to do a lot of formal paper work and hold annual meetings, even if you are the only person in the corporation. But consult an attorney for your individual situation.
LLC is what I suggest to people who will be a single owner operation. Not sure why they would require 2 people for an LLC. An LLC has more protection for you as the owner, however, these protections against lawsuits are not what many are lead to believe.
LLC is still the best for smaller entities with a single owner.

There will be a government site that has all the info and links to the application forms you need to submit. The cost varies per state, but it shouldn't be more than a couple hundred. Obviously, using an accountant or LegalZoom will...

Every state handles this in a different manner but I find that in general the SOS handles it at the state level. Local areas handle permits and occupational licensing. An LLC is normally the easiest of all forms to fill out if you are the only person involved. Most states have a form that is easy to fill out with the LLC name, your name if you...
