Every time I plug my Lotus into my PC's (Window XP) USB port, I get the "Welcome to the Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog. I have tried all the options, but each time I get, "The hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software" message.
I've looked and cannot seem to find the driver for the Lotus. I've concluded I'm missing something obvious... can you point...
