A truly impressive win for the City of Kingsport and all those who've worked through the years to achieve success - and this prestigious award.. Congratulations!

This is way sweet. Sometimes it's hard to believe that Kingsport is as progressive as it is with civil and governmental works. Sorta makes a lot of the rest of NETN look stagnant. A lot of hard work has been put into Kingsport in the last ten years and this award is the perfect way to recognize it. Congrats!

I have been watching the progress of this award, from application to presentation, to now winner. I think it is fantastic that Kingsport won this with all of the other almost 700 applicants from all over the country! The city leaders along with the higher education leaders of the area and Morris (the grant writer for the city) have worked very hard to get Kingsport noticed on a National level, ...
