Nothing wrong with a LITTLE paranoia..but sometimes quality of life (who wants to itch all the time??) can make the drug program worth it. Have you determined if it's seasonal? I'm not sure how long you've been on the rock..I know my seasonal allergies kick in from april to july and then from August to first frost. I find allergy med to be really helpful.
