It's all the same anatomy. It's just further forward in men because they have larger voice boxes. In women with deeper/lower voices (like Jenna) the voice box is also larger, so the glands that make up the adams apple jut forward more as well. That's also why transgender men taking female hormone therapy, when their voices start getting higher, their adams apples recede slightly.

Whatever the case, at least we can all agree that she really, really sucks.
