A guy on the bullshido forums claims the black belt in the video is his father, and the reason he was so angry was because the kung fu guy had just threatened a bunch of kids. He also claims the police investigated and did not charge anyone, and in fact the kung fu guy got arrested for stealing something the next day.

I've seen this already a while back, I find the end of the video gruesome. Highlight below to read The blackbelt stomped on the guy's head several times while he was down, and then they dragged him out and there was blood trails, really disgusting stuff
