Thread: Kansas to Legalize Fully Automatic Weapons?

With all the anti-gun reporting these days talking about "rapid-fire" or "spraying bullets" or "high-powered military style assault weapons" ... etc it can get somewhat difficult to judge what is true and what isn't. I'm especially cautious because this is ABC. Is this pro-liberty ...

It's legal in a lot of places. KS used to have horrible gun laws. Some of that is changing.

Technically, if you have a Class III, fully auto is legal anywheres, anytime

Full-auto weapons have always been legal in New Hampshire.
