Thread: K & N Short CAI and Pulstar Plug upgrade

After Reading all the Posts on CAI's and Pulstar plugs I bought and installed both. Didn't notice any change in low end, but on the highway seemed to have faster response when accelerating. Most of my driving is city and I average about 20mpg. Now that I've made the change I'll let everyone know if my MPG has increased. Mahalo!!

I just filled up today and will update with any improvement in efficiency. Decided not to start keeping track until I got the initial lead footing to hear the roar of the K & N CAI. Now that I have gotten that out of my system I believe I can give more accurate results. All my driving is City driving, I only drive 20 miles round trip to work and back with a few other side trips.

Hi all, I Just filled up and here are the results of tank one: 255 miles / 12.67 gallons = 20.13 mpg Slightly better than before upgrade I usually averaged right around 19 mpg. Will keep track and keep you updated. Mahlo
