Thread: Jungle Gym

pleeze clicky 'eer I guess it's odd object lifting so the topic goes here. Anybody got one? Tried one? Except for Mike of course How tough is it? I reckon you can't simulate heavy powerlifting with it, but how heavy CAN you get with this?! _________________ More popular than a chocolate cunnilingus machine!

We have these at the uni gym. Got excited when I saw them, did 6 pushups got bored then carried on with my normal work out. Felt harder than normal push ups because you are going to struggle with balance. Do not know if this means that you will work out all those tiny muscles that do not look cool, or that you will just do less push ups. Think there are cooler toys to play with.

Got something like this in my gym called a TRX suspension system. Similar principle to how gymnastics ring work in that they add a degree of instability to any exercise. No good for legs, OK for pulling exercises; pushing exercises are where they'd work best e.g. decline push ups (with feet on a bench and hands on the grips an inch or so off the ground) & dips (not designed to be used ...
