Now the proc rate is 3% and the armor debuff has been nerfed.
I can't remember the exact details, but i do knw that nobody is using them.

Jewellery sets for SHs?
I remember months back various jewellery sets (the yellow ones that give a collective bonus) were nerfed as some of these bonuses gave insane buffs.
Are any of these jewellery sets still worth getting today and if so, any pointers as to good sets to get and how to go about it?
I r35 atm. Again, many thanks....
