Always good to see you! Like I said this morning your numbers are looking real good. Here are my clean and snatch PR numbers. Hang Power Clean; 210 Power Clean; 215 Hang Power Snatch; 120 I think you will catch and pass me on these lifts in the near future. Keep working hard!

or maybe it's just cause you don't usually run in your routine? usually you ride your bike for cardio.
