I've never seen dominant stuff from Happ, he'll have an ERA in the 4s the rest of his career. Kershaw will always he hanging around the low 3s.

Kershaw, Happ's been a bit lucky this far. Low BABIP, low K rate, and high strand rate. He'll regress eventually. Kershaw has extraordinary talent, and he'll be a stud soon enough.

Can't believe this is a question. Kershaw handedly. Better K rate and much higher babip rate than Happ. Happ's luck will even out and he will be an average 4 or 5 starter. Kershaw has ace potenial.
