I play it online and they just credit you with the money. Never had a problem tbh, though - perhaps I should actually check the numbers. lol - half the appeal of playing online is no queues and that I don't have to remember to look up the numbers, but perhaps I've won other times and not realised?

you take your ticket to a newsagent, they give you £10. not sure why you're going online for the money tbh edit: just reread your post. so you don't actually have a physical ticket?
