Thread: Is there any good sf on tv.

I've been disappointed with all of the science fiction I've watched on television since the start of the new season. I liked Defying Gravity, but they cancelled that before it even finished its run. Now, the only shows I really look forward to are The Daily Show with John Stewart and the new South Park that starts this week. Any suggestions for getting my sf fix -- other than watching old ...

Depends on how expansive your definition of scifi is. I still like Lost, although that's not on at the moment. (I think the upcoming season is supposed to be their last.) And I've enjoyed Flash Forward so far. I didn't see the opening of Stargate: Universe. But I didn't watch the other Stargates either. --Dave

It was kind of ok, but the people behave in ways that computer nerds think that people behave, rather than in ways that real people actually behave, so I turned it off and went back to reading Don Quixote. Are you getting Dr Who over there? The relaunched series started out with great promise but seems to have gone off the rails lately, in fact I've given up watching it.
